Welcome!

I am currently on leave and serving as the Chief Economist at the White House Council of Economic Advisers.

I am a Research Fellow at the St. Louis Federal Reserve Bank and a tenured Associate Professor of Real Estate and Economics in the Mitchell E. Daniels School of Business at Purdue University. My research focuses on real estate, household finance, and macroeconomics. I received my Ph.D. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and my Bachelor's in economics and math from Duke University.
