Welcome!

I am a Research Fellow at the St. Louis Federal Reserve Bank and a tenured Associate Professor of Real Estate and Economics in the Mitchell E. Daniels School of Business at Purdue University. From 2020 to 2021, I was also the Chief Domestic Economist and Senior Adviser at the White House Council of Economic Advisers. My research focuses on real estate, household finance, and macroeconomics. I received my Ph.D. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and my Bachelor's in economics and math from Duke University.
